End User Licence Agreement

1. Licence granted

The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software, for the term and on the number of machines covered by your licence key or trial.

You may use the Software for your own commercial production, install it on the machines your licence covers, and make one backup copy. You may not sublicense, rent, lend, sell or distribute the Software or your licence key, use one key on more machines than it covers, or remove or alter any notice, key check or protection mechanism.

2. Trial

A trial licence is provided for evaluation, for the period stated when it is issued. Trial output may be watermarked or restricted. The Licensor may end or change the trial at any time.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights in the Software, including its algorithms and source code, remain with the Licensor. You may not decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software, except to the extent that such acts cannot be prohibited under applicable law - including where they are indispensable to obtain interoperability information within the meaning of Article 6 of Directive 2009/24/EC.

4. Your files and your output

The parts you load, and the layouts, exports and slice files the Software produces from them, are yours. The Licensor claims no rights in them.

5. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. In particular:

• The Software computes a proposed layout. It does not print anything, and it does not certify that a layout is correct, manufacturable, or safe.
• Collision checks, clearance calculations, orientation choices, settle passes, protective containers, slice and export files are all the result of numerical computation on approximate geometry. They may be wrong.
• Input geometry may be defective (non-watertight meshes, self-intersections, wrong units or scale). The Software may fail to detect such defects.
• Machine behaviour, powder behaviour, thermal effects, shrinkage, warping and post-processing are outside the Software's knowledge and outside its control.

You remain solely responsible for inspecting and approving every layout, every export and every slice file before committing it to a machine, and for the suitability of the result for your purpose.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profit, revenue, production, data, goodwill or business, however caused, arising out of or in connection with the Software - including failed or scrapped builds, wasted powder, material, machine time, energy or labour, damaged or out-of-tolerance parts, damage to a printer or other equipment, missed deadlines, contractual penalties, or claims by your own customers.

The Licensor's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the licence in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; where the Software was supplied free of charge, that amount is zero.

Nothing here excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.

7. Licence checks and data

The Software runs locally. It needs an internet connection only to verify your licence and to authorise saving or exporting a job. When it performs such a check it sends your machine identifier, your licence key, the product version, and a job fingerprint (a hash that identifies the job - not your geometry). Your part files, layouts and exports are never uploaded.

The Software keeps a local diagnostic log on your computer. It is not transmitted anywhere. If you use "Report a problem", a report is written to a file that you then decide whether to send. See the Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party components

The Software includes third-party open-source components under their own licences, listed in the notices installed with the Software. Where those licences grant you rights, they prevail over this Agreement to that extent. This includes LGPL-licensed components for which the Licensor's written offer of source is set out in that file.

9. Updates, term and termination

The Licensor may issue updates and may change or discontinue features; this Agreement applies to any update unless supplied with its own terms. The Agreement applies for as long as your licence is valid and terminates automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using the Software and remove it from your machines. Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 and 10 survive termination.

10. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, and the courts of the Republic of Serbia have jurisdiction, save where mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
